AllCaps is short for All Continuous Audit Platforms. The name is also the thesis: most of the money, risk, and obligation inside a modern enterprise lives in documents and systems that no one has the time to read continuously. We build AI that does.

What we do today

We start with your vendor contracts

Enterprise vendor and supplier contracts are full of value that quietly leaks away—missed SLA credits, unapplied volume discounts, hidden fees, renewal terms that auto-escalate, and rights that are paid for but never exercised. The obligations are real, but they are buried across thousands of pages and dozens of systems, and they change constantly.

AllCaps deploys AI agents that read, structure, and continuously audit those agreements against actual billing and usage. We surface what you are owed, explain exactly where it comes from, and help you recover it. This is our first product, and it is live with customers today across distribution, healthcare, hospitality, higher education, and manufacturing.

Where we are going

Contracts are the first audit, not the last

Vendor contracts are simply the clearest place to prove the idea. The same engine—agents that ingest messy commercial reality, reason over it continuously, and flag what a human needs to act on—applies far beyond procurement.

Over time, AllCaps intends to extend continuous AI-driven auditing into adjacent domains where obligations, spend, and compliance are equally hard to track by hand: revenue and billing accuracy, licensing and entitlements, regulatory and policy adherence, and other high-stakes operational records. Each becomes another continuous audit platform under the same roof, governed by the same principles. That is the “All” in AllCaps.

How we build responsibly

Our AI Management System

Because we put AI in the path of sensitive commercial data, how we build matters as much as what we build. AllCaps Technologies Inc. operates a formal Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS), aligned to ISO/IEC 42001:2023, that governs the full lifecycle of our AI-driven platforms. Its scope covers:

Design & development

We design and build AI-driven B2B SaaS platforms and data-analysis solutions in-house, owning the full lifecycle from model selection through productized workflows.

Secure deployment & continuous monitoring

Our platforms run on serverless cloud infrastructure with secure deployment pipelines and ongoing monitoring of model behavior, performance, and reliability.

Zero-Training privacy architecture

We govern a 'Zero-Training' architecture: customer data is never used to train foundational or in-house models. Privacy is enforced by design, not by policy alone.

Prompt engineering workflows

Repeatable, version-controlled prompt engineering workflows form the backbone of how our agents reason over contracts, invoices, and commercial records.

Automated data redaction

Sensitive fields are identified and redacted automatically before data reaches a model, minimizing exposure across every step of the pipeline.

Foundational LLM integrations

We integrate with foundational large language models through governed APIs, with controls over what data leaves our environment and how responses are handled.

All of this is delivered by a fully remote, distributed workforce operating on serverless cloud infrastructure. Our AIMS governs the design, development, secure deployment, and continuous monitoring of these systems so that responsible, privacy-preserving AI is the default at AllCaps—not an afterthought.

  • Privacy is architectural. Our Zero-Training stance and automated redaction mean your data works for you, never to improve a model you do not control.
  • Findings must be explainable. Every dollar or risk we surface traces back to a specific clause, record, or transaction. No black boxes for decisions that matter.
  • Auditing is continuous, not annual. Contracts, billing, and obligations change constantly. So should the audit. Our agents watch the things people only review once a year.
  • One engine, many domains. We invest in a single, well-governed AI foundation and extend it deliberately, so each new platform inherits the same controls.
