Compliance Monitor Agent

What it does

Monitors active vendor contracts on an ongoing basis — tracking spend against committed thresholds, flagging SLA misses, identifying rebate triggers, and alerting when action is required to capture value or avoid penalties.

The problem it solves

One-time contract analysis only goes so far. The real money is in ongoing enforcement: knowing when you've crossed a rebate threshold, catching an SLA miss within the claim window, flagging a price adjustment before the review period closes. That requires continuous monitoring against actual transaction data — something almost no mid-market organization has in place. The Compliance Monitor Agent does it systematically.

What you get

  • A live view of each contract's financial status: what's been earned, what's been claimed, what's pending
  • Automated alerts for rebate thresholds, SLA violations, renewal windows, and price adjustment triggers
  • Claim submissions on your behalf (in AllCaps-managed engagements)
  • Recovery tracking: amounts submitted, amounts received, amounts disputed

Who it's for

Organizations with significant vendor spend across multiple contracts — particularly in healthcare (GPO compliance), food service and hospitality (distributor rebates), and manufacturing (index-linked pricing). Most valuable as part of an AllCaps managed engagement rather than as a standalone tool.

How AllCaps deploys this

The Compliance Monitor Agent is the operational core of AllCaps' managed recovery service. We connect it to your purchasing data, configure it against your contract terms, and run it continuously. You get a monthly recovery report. We get paid when we recover.
